Who you'll be working with
Two partners, on site
Casalinda Homes is run by the two people who show up to the job. No account managers, no handing you off. You deal with Angel and Juan from the estimate to the walkthrough.
Angel owns Casalinda Homes and holds the North Carolina general contractor license the company works under. He walks the property, prices the job, and puts his license behind every permit pulled and every finish signed off.
Juan manages the work as it happens, sequencing the trades, keeping crews to schedule, and answering the phone when you want to know where things stand. If you have any questions, he is the one to answer them.

About us
Licensed, local, and hands-on
Casalinda Homes LLC is a general contractor working across Wilmington and the surrounding areas. Angel and Juan are partners in the business and both work the jobs themselves. Angel is the owner and license holder, Juan manages the projects day to day. When you call, you reach one of them, not a call centre.
That is the whole point of how they run it. Angel carries the license and the responsibility that comes with it; Juan keeps the schedule honest and the crews moving. Between them, someone accountable has seen your job with their own eyes.
Every job gets a written scope, a real start date, and a walkthrough before we ask to be paid. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it.
